Autonomy and independence
Education, training, and information
Cooperation among cooperatives
Concern for the community
Strong Network of Partners and Supporters
Local businesses are uniquely positioned to contribute the technical expertise to respond to the city workforce and poverty challenges. Partnering with government agencies, non-profits, and HBCUs will utilize their existing technical knowledge on strategic projects and can lead to the creation of a profitable community-led vertically integrated cannabis ecosystem.
Sustainable Development Goals
The framework of our initiative achieves all of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals and seeks to support the achievement of Quality Education, Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure in Baltimore City.
Incubator and Microbusiness Developmental Programs
A Micro Business Incubator Program will combat the residual effects of cannabis prohibition by providing social equity, and quality jobs in the emerging cannabis industry through skills training, entrepreneurism services, workforce support, legal education for employees and employers, and the development of innovative career pathways.
