Our Incubator and Microbusiness Program will revitalize distressed neighborhoods in Baltimore City by retrofitting a portion of the over 14,000 abandoned buildings into sustainable Vertically integrated Farming entities (seed-to-sale operations) creating community-led cannabis economic development.  Making innovative investments in this pipeline industrial endeavor will accelerate the city toward work, wages, and wealth.
